How we treat chronic wounds
When you come to our outpatient wound center, we'll carefully assess your wound and offer you a physician-driven treatment plan that meets your individual needs. We evaluate and treat chronic wounds, including diabetes-related foot wounds.
Treatments we offer include:
- Wound dressing changes
- Negative wound pressure therapy (NWPT). With NWPT, negative vacuum pressure is applied to the wound
- Surgical debridement to remove dead tissue from a wound
- Contact casting
- Specialty wound dressings
